Summer Reading Camp for rising Kindergarten through 6th grade students, July 30 - Aug. 3.

What's happening? Our focus this week will be reading, writing, and FUN! We'll have breakfast and lunch together, and Friday will be a special day with fun food, dress ups, and other events. TWO groups will meet: the Harry Potter Camp for students who will be in 4th through 6th grade, and the Superheroes Camp for students who will be in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Both groups will meet from 8 am - 12:45 pm, July 30 through August 3 (Monday through Friday).

Who is this for? Students who will be in Kindergarten through the 6th grade during the 2018/19 school year are invited.

Will there be food? You bet -- both breakfast and lunch will be served.

Bussing: Transportation will be available from Georgetown, the same as the Summer Rec Program.

Why attend? Research shows that elementary students' school success suffers from "summer slide," a loss of skills over our wonderful long, lazy summers. Attending our one-week Literacy Summer Camp will help halt that summer slide. Also, we love books, reading, writing, eating, playing, and having fun with our friends!
