• Online reservations and payment can be made through December 20, 2016
• Paper order forms (and payment of the $20 deposit) are due by December 16, 2016, and can be turned in at school or mailed to Mrs. Osowski at P.O. Box 161, South Otselic, NY 13155.
Prices
• $54 until December 20, with a $20.00 deposit due to reserve a yearbook. Orders will not be taken after this date.
How to order
- Order online.
- Find a paper order form posted in many locations around school, including just inside the front door of school, and then turn it in to Mrs. Osowski with your $20 deposit.
- Print your order form and then mail it or take it to Mrs. Osowski with your $20 deposit.
