It has come to our attention that our student entry tickets are not loading on cell phones. You are able to fill them out if you have an iPad or a computer/chromebook.
If you are unable to fill them out and would like copies, please email Mrs. Richards ([email protected]
) and a packet will be sent home with your child(ren).
Starting tomorrow (September 11, 2020), you will be receiving a School Messenger message at 3:00 AM. It will contain a "Student Entry Ticket" you will need to fill out and return that indicates that every child in your household has met all the criteria to be allowed to come to school. Questions ask you to confirm a temperature of less than 100.0 degrees, if they have been in close contact with anyone tested positive for COVID-19, if they been tested for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or if they've traveled internationally or to other states on the New York State travel advisory list in the past 14 days. Answering "yes" to any question will require you to keep your child home and to contact their primary health physician.
This form must be filled out and sent to [email protected] daily (that is, every day your child is scheduled to attend school). When the bus stops to pick up your child, you will be asked if you filled out the form and returned it. If you cannot do this electronically, the bus driver and aide will have extra forms for you to fill out.
One quick, helpful hint would be to save the document in your documents folder on your device, then pull it up everyday and fill it out, save it, and attach it to the return email, which again is [email protected] That may save you a few precious minutes on a hectic, get-ready-for-school day! You will still get the 3:00 AM email as a reminder. You will need to return a ticket for each child in your household.
The ticket is also attached for your convenience.
