New technology support for students and parents/guardians

Are you struggling with the technology used for learning remotely? Help has arrived!

Our tech colleagues have increased their capacity to answer phone calls from parents and students in need of technology support:  (607) 766-3800.
Please note that parents and students will be asked to confirm their identity by verifying the student's name, building, grade, and date of birth before any changes to account information (like password resets) are made.

All calls will be logged and Mrs. Richards, our building principal, will receive an automated email with the details. This way if the issue is something that is unable to be resolved remotely by SCRIC staff (a lost Chromebook, for example), Mrs. Richards will have the information to help address it.

This page gives families information and assistance on how to use MyApps, Google, Schoology, and other remote learning tools while students do school from home.
