Otselic Valley again hosts the Summer Food Service Program: FREE breakfast and lunch for ANY child age 18 and under
The Otselic Valley Central School District announces its participation in the Summer Food Service Program (S F S P).  From July 8, 2019 through August 22, 2019, ANY child age 18 years and under can eat without charge. Breakfast will be served 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM, and lunch will be served 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM. Please note that meals will be served Monday through Friday each week the program is available, although the last day of the program at Otselic Valley is Thursday, August 22, 2019.
Meals will be provided to all children 18 years and under without charge. In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the U S D A, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering U S D A programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by U S D A.
Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communciation for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits. Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech disabilities may contact U S D A through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339. Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.
To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the U S D A Program Discrimination Complaint Form (A D - 3027) found online at: , and at any U S D A office, or write a letter addressed to U S D A and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
