Otselic Valley proudly celebrates senior David Palmer III and his mentor, Patsy Graham, who were honored at the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES Scholar Recognition Ceremony on May 12 at SUNY Oneonta.
The annual Scholar Recognition Program recognizes outstanding students from 40 school districts across the DCMO and ONC BOCES regions. In addition to academic excellence, the event highlights the meaningful relationships between students and the educators who have made a significant impact on their journey.
David and Patsy were presented with certificates of recognition by District Superintendent Michael Rullo, acknowledging their accomplishments and the positive influence they’ve had within the school and beyond.
MS/HS Principal Elizabeth Barber-Breese attended the ceremony to show her support and appreciation for this meaningful achievement.
