Just 3 more sleeps until the after-school Roller Skating Party hosted by the Class of 2027! The permission slip deadline has been extended to Mon., 6/5. Students in Grades 7-12 can pay at the door for the 4:30-6:00 pm session. $8 per skater (skates included). Parents too!

REMINDER: SKATING PARTY MONDAY, JUNE 5
The Class of 2027 is proud to host a skating party in the gym this Monday. Permission slips are due FRIDAY, JUNE 2.
--Grades PreK-4th skate time: 3-4:30 pm
--Grades 5-9 skate time: 4:30-6:00 pm
--Grades 7-12 who want to skate from 4:30-6:00 pm may pay at the door
--YES, parents can skate!
--Cost: $8 per skater (pizza and drinks available for purchase)

1st ANNUAL ELEMENTARY SCIENCE FAIR FEATURING GRADES 3-5 >>
Come join us on Thursday, June 1 from 5-7 pm to celebrate the curiosity and discoveries of our 3rd through 5th graders. You won't believe these projects and displays. Way to go, Vikings!

MEMORIAL DAY EVENTS IN THE VALLEY >>
The American Legion Post 973 is hosting a parade at 11 am, a ceremony at the cemetery, and a chicken barbecue to follow. Parade lineup at the school is 10:15-30 am, step off is 11 am. Come listen to the OV Band, & hear winning student essays.

For those going on the Syracuse Mets field trip tomorrow:
At this time, the game is still ON even with the weather forecast. Students should dress accordingly and be ready for rain. If the game is rained out, students will get a ticket valid for 1 year. Some still need to bring in the $8 admission fee. Fingers crossed!

VARSITY SOFTBALL NOW HEADED TO SECTIONALS!
Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Softball team! They defeated DeRuyter Last night 9-8 and secured their spot in sectionals going 6-6 this year. Cassidy Will threw 13 strikeouts, putting her above 100 for the year. Cassidy Will, Paige Will, and Riley Bartlett all hit home runs last night while Miranda Hackett added a triple." -- Coach Graham

Today at OV: Budget vote & election, softball senior night and game, Open Library & Scholastic Book Fair, Class of 2025 spaghetti dinner fundraiser, Spring Concert by students in grades 4-12, and a Board of Education meeting. Yes, you can do it all!
There's even more happening off campus: the Varsity Baseball Team will play McGraw at 5 pm at the Gutchess Sports Complex in Cortland.
