REMINDER: An Otselic Valley Public Library Board of Trustees meeting happens at 9 am on Tuesday, Aug. 29 in the library.
THIS THURSDAY: CAR WASH AND BOTTLE & CAN DRIVE
Get your vehicle clean, your bottles & cans recycled, AND benefit the Boys Varsity Soccer Team at the same time! We'll see you at the S. Otselic Fire Dept. on Thurs., 8/31, 1-5 pm.
This fundraiser is hosted by the Booster Club.

One of the books read by younger Vikings at the Summer STEAM Camp was _A Color of His Own_ by Leo Lionni, the 4-time Caldecott honor winner.
But Vikings don't just read...they also accept challenges, and the idea here was to camouflage a chameleon. Nice work, Jayleigh!

Alumna Chantal Stith recently participated in a pinning ceremony at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine for those earning a Master of Science in Nursing. Upon licensure, Chantal will provide psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan at an acute behavior health hospital in her role as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Thank you, Chantal, for upholding the importance of mental health and for entering a profession that serves people and communities so well! We are very proud of you.
